Join Pete @bulldogflowboston at Revere Beach for a special evening of Full Moon Yoga Flow to commemorate the Sturgeon Moon.


Originally named by Native Americans as the Sturgeon Moon because the giant sturgeon of the Great Lakes and Lake Champlain were most readily caught during this part of summer. Join us as we move mindfully with a focus on what in our life needs to be released in order to move forward this summer season.


Please bring an open heart, yoga mat (or towel) and whatever your body might need for this practice.


This class is FREE and sponsored by Save the Harbor/Save the Bay Better Beaches grant fund.


Class will meet at the pavilion across from the State Police Barracks at Revere Beach.
