On three Saturdays (2/3, 2/10, 2/24) as part of Frost Fit, we’ll host a one-hour casual and conversational run along the Esplanade. We will have a few different pace groups to accommodate a range of paces from about 7:30-10 minute/mile and covering about 5-7 miles along the Charles.


No equipment or experience required. Lastly, please dress accordingly and arrive 15 minutes prior to the workout. It will be cold outside, but we are bringing the heat!

Please cancel if you are no longer able to attend. By registering, you automatically sign the electronic waiver to participate in this Frost Fit Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts fitness class.
