The Esplanade Association is proud to work with Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts in bringing another year of Frost Fit! Our annual fitness series hosts trained instructors to lead you in a variety of outdoor activities and workouts.
To kick off the season, we are having a launch event featuring:
- Morning walking session with 261 Fearless Club New England 10:15am-10:45am
- Afternoon workout session with Lynx Fitness 11:00am-12:00pm
- and FREE HOT CHOCOLATE and FREE SWAG (while supplies last) 10:30am-12:30pm!

Directions to Fiedler Field:
Cross the Fiedler Footbridge and continue walking straight past the Esplanade Playspace. There will be a footbridge across from the Playspace. Continue across that footbridge, Fiedler Field will be across from a dock next to a statue of head.
