Frost Fit Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is back on the Esplanade this winter and features Tuesday Winter Walks led by 261 Fearless Club New England from January 31st - February 28th.
261 Fearless Club New England is proud to be partnering with the Esplanade Association as part of their Frost Fit winter series. We are a women’s organization (18+) dedicated to empowering and uniting women through movement. Women supporting women to create a positive sense of self confidence and fearlessness as we guide you through your fitness journey. Join us for weekly scheduled walks around the various paths of the Esplanade this winter. Each walk, led by certified 261 coaches, will be 45 minutes in length that will include various speeds of walking to elevate the heart rate for optimal fitness.
Please dress for appropriate weather conditions. We view the walks as a "holiday” for you, a time to focus on yourself, so we ask that you not bring dogs or strollers. Thank you for understanding.

The Winter Walks on the Esplanade, led by 261 Fearless Club New England, will begin and end at Hatch Memorial Shell, and are open to women identifying individuals only.

About 261 Fearless Club New England:
261 Fearless is a SOCIAL, NON-COMPETITIVE women's run/walk group that welcomes WOMEN (18+) of ALL ABILITIES. Our sessions focus on movement, technique, strength, endurance and speed. We will meet at the Hatch Shell. From there we will engage in various drills to warm up and then we will run/walk around the various paths on the Esplanade. Come meet new friends and challenge yourself to a new way of running/walking.
About the Esplanade Association (EA):
The Esplanade Association (Esplanade.org) is a nonprofit organization that works to revitalize and enhance the Charles River Esplanade, sustain its natural green space, and build community in the park by providing educational, cultural, and recreational programs for everyone. Working in collaboration with the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, the Esplanade Association is dedicated to improving the experiences of the millions of visitors who enjoy Boston’s iconic riverside park.
