This Yoga Alliance approved comprehensive course that will delve into yoga history, philosophy, anatomy, business, ethics, and much more. Expect an alignment based training emphasizing self-study and curiosity. Weekly led practices, posture labs, lectures, discussions, and more.
A current teacher trainee has this to say about the summer virtual training:
"My experience with Anne, Eva, and Ling has been nothing short of amazing. I had known I wanted to do a yoga teacher training to deepen my practice but didn’t know when I would have the time. When I saw them post about the online YTT I instantly knew I needed to sign up. My worries about it being over zoom were immediately put to ease the first week of lecture and asana practice. The flexibility of being able to do it at home coupled with the three teachers massive attention to detail ensuring we are getting the most out of a YTT is exactly what I was looking for.
If anyone has thought about doing a YTT you should absolutely look no further than this one. The community, instruction, lectures, asana, and the spectacular teachers have led me to develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually in a way I honestly never had before in this capacity. The yoga has reached out to all corners of my life and challenged me to do things I never thought I could try. 10/10"
