One hour yoga class which includes warm ups, postures, relaxation, pranayama.
Followed by mantra meditation.
Saturday at 5 to 6:30 pm. Please bring your own yoga mat. Please don't have a full meal two hours before the class.
Plenty of free off street parking.
Please be there on time and please RSVP@ 617-606-0172. If you RSVP and could not make it please notify us.
It is on the first floor of Shivalaya Temple. From Mystic ave take Hicks Ave and then take a first left to 407 Rear and go towards the end of the building, the last door of the building. The entrance is at blue awning with numbers 17.18.25.26.
