Buddha explained that our mind is the most powerful object in the universe. By harnessing the power of our mind we can overcome negative thinking, maintain a happy mind in the midst of busy daily life and stay focused on the things that matter to us the most.
During this free talk Gen Khedrub will explain how to:
• Transform your life through the ancient art of mindfulness
• Find more calm and positive focus in every situation
• Pacify negative emotions and enjoy mental peace
This talk is going to be a great introduction for those who are new to Buddhist teachings and will give you the tools and insights you need to experience the power of mindfulness in your daily life right now. Everybody is welcome.
Free tickets go one sale on Saturday, February 18 at 12noon.
Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at 2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. There is free street parking after 6pm.
