Until we can have in-person classes again, we hope you will practice with us at home! Willow posted the schedule for your exclusive, Naked! Live-Stream classes via Patreon this month! In addition, she'll teach one FREE not-Naked! (aka clothed) Live-Stream Yoga & Pilates classes (75 minute open-level, lots of different options). Anyone can access these, so please share with your friends!
Apparently that day has been designated as "take a chance day" so Willow will use that as a fun little encouragement for people to try their at-home practice Naked! even though she will, sadly, be clothed on Youtube.
