Mindfulness meditation can give us tools to better cope with stress, anxiety and uncertainty and can also lead to greater calm, wisdom and compassion. Join us outside and connect with neighbors and friends in the Cambridge community to learn how to meditate and how to establish a consistent meditation practice. Together we will uncover what mindfulness is, and how to incorporate it into our daily lives. Basic instruction in mindfulness meditation as well as other awareness-based practices such as walking meditation and mindful communication will be offered. There will be time for questions and reflections. This class is appropriate for for first time meditators as well as those with meditation experience. Please bring your own mat or blanket. No registration required, all are welcome!
