If you are struggling with writing your artist statement, good news, you are on the right track! Crafting a good artist statement is really hard. In this demo we will help define, in practical terms, what an artist statement is, and how to approach yours. We will identify elements that can make your artist statement more effective, as well as name common pitfalls to avoid. We will break down a few examples from famous artists. There will be time for questions.
