Delight in delicious Haitian cuisine by Chef Myrlande Emanuel of Five Online Catering and Events, enjoy captivating live storytelling performances by Charlot Lucien and participate in dynamic dance classes by Jean Appolon and JEA Expressions Dance Company. Immerse yourself in the rich traditions and energetic atmosphere of this cultural celebration. DJ Nomadik spinning music with sounds of Kompa and other Caribbean sounds.
The Office of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion Office of Mayor Michelle Wu sponsors Community Canvas Pop-up events. The Pop-ups will occur in Nubian Square and Mattapan Square on Saturdays in July, August, and September.
