Wednesday, Nov. 29 - Our last session in 2023! 


Join us for short, gentle TaiChi/Qigong warm up stretches followed by a mindful, slow-paced walk to clear your mind and improve your health.


Improve your health, quality of life, and work performance (according to the Harvard Business Review) by clearing your mind, stretching your body, and engaging your senses, all during your lunch break. No experience, mat, props, or special clothing needed (dress warmly!). All ages and abilities. No sign-up. Meet at noon on Dewey Square across from the South Station.
