Join us for a free Family Yoga demo class at Galoop on Tuesday, September 3 from 4:30-5:15pm. Doing yoga with your child can help you both build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Additionally, practicing side-by-side is a terrific way to connect with your child and creates an interesting dialogue for long after the class is finished.  


Recommended for ages 2-5, this demo class will showcase the FUNdamentals you can expect with our regular yoga classes, which meets Tuesdays at the same time, from September 10-November 12.
