Join us for a new series at Powisset Farm, Forage & Feast! In this hands-on program, Chef Thi will guide guests on a foraging walk through the Powisset Farm property and trails to collect and curate specialty natural items. You will then learn how to transform these natural items into delicious meals or home décor. Explore the Powisset greenhouse and discover farm fresh produce ripe for the picking! Meet us back in the Powisset Kitchen where Chef Thi will teach you how to use your bumper crop to make a fabulous menu. It’s farm-to-table cooking at its finest!
