Come meet with local non-profit dedicated to fighting hunger in the community!


We're thrilled to welcome Food Link to our lab for the afternoon! A local food rescue organization, Food Link connects food to those in need and reduces waste in our community. Come stop by and learn more about what they do, what events they have coming up, and how you can join in their mission!

This is an open-house style event, where guests are invited to come say hello to a local, like-minded business in Curio's lab space.


Food Link is a community organization based in Arlington that rescues surplus fresh food that would otherwise be wasted and delivers it to community organizations serving 70,000 people in need throughout Greater Boston. They rescue over 1.2 million pounds of food a year, partnering with 100 local grocers, food retailers, distributors, and farms to collect healthy, nourishing foods for distribution to their 90 partner agencies in the community. This is made possible by a corps of 300 regular volunteers who work alongside staff to collect, sort, customize, and redistribute foods seven days a week.
