Learn to create delicate messages on tulle alongside Lisa Purdy, a Boston-based artist.
Bring a phrase or a drawing to life with tulle embroidery, which can float on its own or over other works, for layers of meaning. Leave with your favorite quote or sketch on a beautiful piece of fabric or start a project and come away with the skills to complete it. The workshop will cover the running stitch, backstitch, chainstitch, satin stitch, and maybe even the picot stitch. Materials will be provided.
