Finding Flight: An Arm Balance Workshop


Have you been wanting to take your practice to the next level? All of those vinyasas and chaturangas have been preparing you for flight! Every arm balance in yoga is based on chaturanga! In this workshop, we will learn the building blocks of arm balancing and take the time to play with all the different variations. Karma will share tips and tricks that can serve as "training wheels" as you slowly build strength and confidence.
