This is the second part of our two part Introduction to Wine Pairing class, in which internationally renowned sommelier Bertil Jean-Chronberg will teach his simple and accessible approach will demystify the magic behind food and wine pairings that work. Understanding a wine’s structure is integral to understanding pairing food and wine, so we highly recommend you take part 1, or come with working knowledge of wine structure.

Part 2: (October 10) Pairing Wines with Appropriate Food.
