Over two classes, you will learn the fundamentals of food and wine pairings from internationally renowned sommelier Bertil Jean-Chronberg. His simple and accessible approach will demystify the magic behind pairings that work, and provide you with everything you need to know to make your own successful pairings.


This class is in two parts. 


Part 1: (September 12) Understanding the structure of wine.

Part 2: (October 10) Pairing Wines with Appropriate Food.


Who are we?

We're Bonde Fine Wine Shop. We're a small wine shop in Harvard Square that specializes in eco-responsible wines, primarily from the US, and neo-artisan accessories.
