Festive Flow with Jenn Mann

A fun, jolly power flow followed by some soothing restorative postures and a meditative savasana.
Expect balancing standing poses to give you that extra pep in your step, gentle backbends to open up the heart center, and plenty of twists and hip openers to unfreeze stuck energy!
