The event will take place on September 14 from 1 to 8 PM, and we will close Border St. between Lexington and Saratoga in East Boston, near the Maverick Sq. T Blue Line station.
The cultural program will include folk dances by 5 live bands, mariachis, singers and DJs. We will also have a Beer Island and a parade will be held to kick off the celebration.

2:00 Inaugural ribbon cutting
2:15 Cultural program (folkloric dances, singers and musical bands)
3:30 Civic Ceremony, escort and El Grito

This event is organized by Veronica Robles Cultural Center @vroccboston, in collaboration with the Mexican Consulate in Boston and members of the Mexican community through the traditions committee.

Todos invitados a Viva México Boston, la celebración oficial del Día de Independencia de México que incluirá el tradicional Grito de independencia a cargo del Cónsul de México.
El evento se llevará a cabo el 14 de septiembre de 1 a 8 PM, y cerraremos la calle de Border St. entre Lexington y Saratoga en East Boston, cerca de la estación Maverick Sq. de la línea Azul del T.
El programa cultural incluirá danzas folclóricas de 5 bandas en vivo, mariachis, cantantes y DJ. También contaremos con un Beer Island y se llevará a cabo un desfile para dar inicio a la celebración.
