Join us on Zoom to learn about natural wine with Margot, making your own pickles while stuck indoors with Andrew, and an intro to all things sourdough with Kat. You'll need:
wine- A bottle of naturally made Muscadet—Pepier is a great producer! Find one at your local wine store, shout out to @streetcarwines, @socialwines, @winebottega, @wineandcheesecask.
pickles- 3 carrots, ginger, 10 garlic cloves, a white onion, limes, chili flakes, salt
bread- One small container with a lid. (One pint deli container is ideal.) Glass jar of similar size is good too. One chopstick, One spatula, One scale, 50 grams water (bottled if unsure of local supply), 50 grams whole wheat, rye or all purpose flour (whatever you have a good amount of ie at least 500 or 600 grams. rye and whole wheat flour starters will mature quicker and can be transitioned into white flour starters once mature)
This is going to be an interactive class, full of useful info for diving into home-bound projects.
