Come join us for an afternoon of movement with the Feldenkrais Method and Gaga Movement Language! Everyone is welcome; no prior experience required.
Feldenkrais is a process of movement education that aims to improve awareness and understanding of how the body moves, while Gaga is a movement language developed by choreographer Ohad Naharin that emphasizes sensation, pleasure, and physical exploration.
This combined workshop is an invitation to move with greater ease, comfort, creativity, and expression, as participants are guided to explore novel ways of connecting with their bodies and fellow movers in the room.
