In this Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement® workshop with Didi von Deck, we will work with simple ways to free up the muscles involved in breathing so that the breath can more effectively support every movement and activity. We will also use the breath to improve the flexibility of the rib cage to alleviate shoulder and neck tension and help with many yoga poses such as twists and back bending. Come experience how better lung function can increase energy while balancing the emotions and providing deep relaxation, rest and renewal.
