School nutrition services - what we may casually refer to as school lunches, have changed significantly in recent years.

What meals are now provided?
How are they funded?
How are nutritional needs and federal requirements balanced with students’ expectations?
How has the pandemic affected services?
And have improvements been made in reducing food waste and increasing the recycling of mealtime materials?
