Bon jour! Join Chef Thi in the Powisset Farm Kitchen and explore the fabulous and fragrant world of fromage! In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to poof and puff Cheddar and Thyme Cheese Gougeres, craft soft and slightly sweet homemade Ricotta Cheese on burnt toast, and torch a sharp Blue Cheese Crème Brulée.
