This year’s annual Charles River Regional Chamber's real estate forum will take a deep dive into the housing crisis in our west suburban communities, including the challenges and opportunities ahead.


Our keynote speaker, Lee Pelton, President & CEO of the Boston Foundation, will share his perspective and the latest research and demographic trends, including through an equity lens. We’ll follow that with a panel discussion asking what we can do to make our communities more welcoming. We will also provide an update on the MBTA Communities Act and what this new state law means for our four chamber communities.
