Join us in the Powisset Kitchen and fall in love with fall squash.
A sure sign of Autumn is the sight of fall squash growing on farms and in home gardens. This versatile vegetable comes in so many shapes, sizes and varieties, there’s no wonder it’s a fall favorite. In this hands-on class with Chef Thi, we’ll make a variety of squash-forward culinary favorites, including Butternut Squash Risotto, Fall Squash Toast, and Curry Coconut Squash Soup. You’ll leave with a new appreciation for fall’s favorite vegetable and the inspiration to incorporate squash into all your fall menus.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
