Ahhh, autumn is such a lovely season. Beyond the cooler days and leaves starting to turn, it brings opportunities to enjoy the foods and drinks the heat of summer just can't abide by. That certainly includes wine and cheese! The fuller, richer flavors and textures of fall wines and cheeses are here, and it's time to dive in.


Join wine and cheese educator (and devoted leaf peeper) Adam Centamore for an evening sampling amazing wine and cheese combinations that bring out the best of autumn. You'll enjoy perfectly matched seasonal pairings while learning what makes these foods so special, and how to create stunning combinations of your own at home. Forget the pumpkin lattes - it's time to fall into autumn wine and cheese pairings!


You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class, or available for pick up at our school if you select the Online with Tasting Kit registration option.
