Fall Fitness Series: Family Zumba - Kids Welcome!

Family Zumba gives you and your family a chance to be active together. It’s a full body workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Children and people of all ages are welcome to join this class.

Class will be led by Mandy Pena and will meet at the basketball courts.

*The Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC) host the annual Boston Parks Fitness Series, sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
