Fabulously Fit with Katie

Join The Energy Barre's Katie Martinson for our one-of-a-kind EB Cardio Dance class! This class is a dance-fitness class like no other where you will shimmy, shake, squat, sweat, and smile your way through an incredibly intense and FUN hour! Set to upbeat music and lead by an even more upbeat instructor, the moves are easy to following the energy is infectious. No Dance experience is required and all fitness levels are welcome to join the fun! Wear your sneakers, bring your friends (and some water!), and be ready to dance!
