About Deborah Johnson:
Debs lives on Massachusett, Wampanoag and Pawtucket land in Boston, MA. She was born in Chennai, India though she grew up in Chicago. Debs is a YTT teacher, teaches intuitive drawing classes, and is getting her masters in Social Work.
Debs is a long time mover, dancer and lover of the expressive arts! She found her way to the yoga mat 5 years ago and grew to love the practice for its physical + emotional benefits, while healing from a lower back injury. Debs centers a decolonized yoga practice and has a deep belief that we all deserve to have a nourishing, safe, and intimate relationship with our own bodies. Outside of yoga, she likes to watercolor, swim, read, go to concerts, write love letters and have dinner parties with her friends!
