SATURDAY MAY 6TH 7-10PM :
Geskle is the songwriting project of twenty year old Jesse Golliher. Geskle is best known for his dreamy and melancholic soundscapes, combined with hard hitting honest lyrics. During his early teen years he lived in Spring City, TN with no internet access and taught himself how to play guitar out of sheer boredom. After moving to Worcester, Massachusetts, and playing in high school bands for several years, Geskle put out his first ep Rose Colored Glasses, which has since garnered more than five-million streams total, along with the song So She Goes hitting indie viral status thanks to Geskle’s presence on TikTok. After a long year of silence, Geskle returned with Half of It, a single that he crafted along with his new friend and co-producer/writer Matias Soto Allende. Together they delivered the same dreamy elements that were heavily characterized in Rose Colored Glasses, but with a higher emphasis on elements akin to more earthy indie rock. Jesse and Matias are keeping this sound through their next release Strife and Everything Bothersome with Half of It being the first single
The brain child of twenty-three year old Newtown, Connecticut native McKenzie Iazzetta- is an indie rock band currently based in Brooklyn, NY. Started in Allston, MA in 2018, Trophy Wife has grown and evolved their sound as a staple in the Boston DIY scene. They have received press from Penny Mag, The Boston Hassle, Wack Mag and had radio performances on WTBU and WERS. They have also performed at Brighton Music Hall and Paradise Rock Club supporting The Beaches and Skegss. Keep an eye out for Trophy Wife and their newest release “Voyeur”!
Tiberius is the musical brainchild of Vermont native Brendan Wright. As producer, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist, Wright’s work under Tiberius encompasses an extensive journey of DIY music mastery, and lyrical intimacy, all while pushing the boundaries of album structure and narrative ever further from the collective comfort zone.
Every Tiberius project shines both as a self contained album, and in the greater context of Wright’s artistic journey. From the lyrically raw and sample heavy Don’t Let Your Light Fade, Ya Little Disco Ball, to the borderline perfectionist production and darker self-critical lyricism of A Depressing Optimism, to the lush, expansive soundscapes, sagacious yet candid emotional thru line, and visionary melodic mood of Lull, each Tiberius album is just as much a mountain top as another step in a long, heroic odyssey.
In 2021, Tiberius expanded into a four-piece project fit for 'the rock show format'. With the help of longtime collaborator Kelven Polite (bass), and bandmates Ben Curell (drums) and Christian Pace (guitar), Tiberius continues to establish itself across the Northeast as a notably explosive and compelling project.
Tiberius pulls from a broad range of influences including the likes of The Flaming Lips, Car Seat Headrest, Arthur Verocai, Sleater Kinney, and Courtney Barnett among countless others.
