You ever wonder how all the soils in the world can produce such different wines? How each grape learns a different language that’s unique to that spot. Join us for this volcanic-centric class where we’ll explore an array of (volcanic) regions, tasting how different a shift in air, different tree, or a little more of a drive inland will change a bottle of wine. This class is for anyone dreaming of a European vacation, versed in climbing mountains with a bag full of snacks, and friendly faces who love a kiss of saline to their meals.

 

All class tickets include drink, cheese, and pairing flights, an interactive and engaging education, and discount to shop after the class. Please let us know about any allergies at ticket purchase so we can make the proper accommodations.
