Ritz-Carlton, Boston Executive Sous Chef and Artisan Bistro Restaurant Chef, Joel Eugene, is set to offer a delicious four-course, prix-fixe menu that includes the following options, many gluten free (GF), nut free (NF) or vegetarian (V).
