The Seaport Hotel will celebrate Christmas with an elaborate, family-friendly brunch buffet at Aura, featuring a spectacular menu and a visit from St. Nick himself. Selections from the spread will include traditional breakfast offerings like eggs benedict, French toast, bacon, scrambled eggs and leek and truffle quiche. Hearty holiday dishes include New England clam chowder, roast sirloin with red wine and currants, honey ham with Bourbon maple glaze, pan roasted salmon with creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese and braised green beans. An assortment of holiday pastries and a chocolate fountain will provide a sweet finish to the meal.
