Tigers, western lowland gorillas and ring-tailed lemurs are just a few of the endangered species who reside at Franklin Park Zoo and act as ambassadors for their populations around the world. In honor of the 11th annual Endangered Species Day, be sure to visit on May 21 to learn more about these incredible animals.

Throughout the day, there will also be opportunities to meet with the zookeepers and ask questions during scheduled zookeeper encounters. Visitors of all ages are invited to learn more about endangered species and ways that they can help protect these animals as well as their habitats.
