Big Night Entertainment Group’s Executive Chef Kevin Long and the teams at Empire Asian Restaurant & Lounge and Red Lantern Restaurant & Lounge invite guests to indulge in all you can eat sushi every Monday (Empire) and Tuesday (Red Lantern).
Sushi lovers shouldn’t be forced to choose between a Spicy Tuna or California roll when they can have the best of both worlds. Guests are invited to keep rolling with unlimited sushi available every Monday at Empire Restaurant and Lounge and Tuesday at Red Lantern Restaurant and Lounge.
The sushi may be sophisticated at these restaurants, but the rules of the night are simple: once a plate is cleared, order again. Repeat until fully satisfied with as much sushi as you can possibly eat – and all for under $30/person.
On Mondays, Empire serves up unlimited sushi for $29/person. Options include classics like the Salmon & Avocado Roll with mango, yellow pepper, and fried shallots or fresh takes on tradition like the Empire House Maki with herb cream cheese and spicy tuna, and a plethora of other varieties.
The fun continues every Tuesdays at Red Lantern where all you can eat sushi is $25/person. Treat yourself to as much sushi as possible as you enjoy signature concoctions from the cocktail legend himself Brother Cleve.
