Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement dance for all ages & all walks of life. It is a sober and safe setting to dance and be silly. Our events usually have an hour of dancing and 30 minutes of other facilitations (greetings, sound healing, cacao, etc.)

3:00 - 3:15 🌀 **Welcoming Circle**: Come together in community and set our intentions for the dance journey ahead.
3:15 - 3:30 🪶 **Feather Blessing Ceremony & Spiral Dance**: Bless feathers with your intentions and join in a spiraling dance to infuse the space with positive energy.
3:30 - 4:45 💃 **Ecstatic Dance**: Let the music guide you as you move, flow, and express yourself freely in a safe and supportive environment.

4:45 - 5:00 💞 **Community Connections / Outro**: Connect with fellow dancers, share your experiences, and close the dance with love and gratitude.

🎨 Art Project: Contribute to a collective art project using the feathers from the intention/blessing ceremony. Let your creativity soar!
