On Boston Harbor, Joe’s Waterfront will get into the Easter spirit for three days.


Appetizer specials include deviled eggs with candied bacon, beets and chives ($13) and spring pea soup with roasted ham ($12). For entrees, there’s prime rib with whipped potatoes, green beans and au jus ($46); crab-stuffed sole with sauteed spinach and lobster cream sauce ($39); and glazed ham with whipped potatoes and baby carrots ($34). To close out the experience, there are two dessert specials ($13): a tres leches cake with honey-whipped ricotta, and a carrot cake topped with cream cheese frosting and walnuts.


Joe's Waterfront also will shake up two cocktail features: Violet Fields with Grey Goose, dry curaçao, violet liqueur, Fever Tree sparkling lemon and mint, as well as Basil & Berry Bloom with Tres Generaciones reposado, strawberry, basil, agave, Szechuan pepper and elderflower.
