Abe & Louie's will celebrate Easter weekend by serving their full dinner menu enhanced with à la carte specials from April 18-20.
The celebrated Back Bay chophouse will dish out seven specials. To start, there’s deviled eggs with caviar and smoked salmon ($18) as well as a chilled asparagus soup with crème fraîche and crispy leeks ($13). For entrees, there’s porchetta with mascarpone polenta and stuffed ramps ($34), lemon sole almondine with haricot verts ($39), and an eight-ounce ribeye cap steak with whipped potatoes and creamed ramps ($75). The dessert features ($13) are a limoncello raspberry cake with berry compote and Chantilly cream, and a carrot cake topped with cream cheese frosting and walnuts.
Abe & Louie's also will shake up two cocktail features: Violet Fields with Grey Goose, dry curaçao, violet liqueur, Fever Tree sparkling lemon and mint, as well as Basil & Berry Bloom with Tres Generaciones reposado, strawberry, basil, agave, Szechuan pepper and elderflower.
