Beat Brasserie Hosts Family-Friendly Easter Brunch and Lively Easter Dinner with Moët & Chandon
WHAT: On Sunday, April 16th, 2017 Beat Brasserie invites guests to join them for a family-friendly Easter celebration featuring a two-course prix fixe brunch and dinner specials, an Easter egg hunt, live music performances, champagne by Moët & Chandon and a special visit from the Easter Bunny himself!
From 9:30AM-3:30PM, early risers will enjoy Executive Chef James Lyons two-course, prix fixe brunch for $41.95 per person that includes Duck Hash with eggs, Roast Lamb with couscous, artichoke, preserved lemon and basil pesto, and Lux Eggs Benedict. Beat’s “Flower Children” ages ten and under will have their own menu to choose from for $15.95. After the meal, expect kids to run off to participate in the annual Easter egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny himself! Adults will have their own entertainment with live jazz performances throughout the day.
Those looking to hit the town in the evening will savor Beat’s array of seasonally-inspired dinner specials and accompanying live music from 5:00PM-10:00PM. Easter specials will be served à la carte alongside Beat’s traditional menu including starters like Warm Brussels Sprout Tabbouleh with freekeh, citrus, and tahini ($14), Charred Octopus with bacon, saffron, Romano beans, grilled spring onions, and black garlic aioli ($18), Roasted Asparagus with burrata cheese, orange, smoked almonds, aillade, and Aleppo pepper ($13.50). Entrée features include Maine Diver Scallops with carrot puree, English pea mojo rojo and fried lentils ($29), and Flat Iron Steak with asparagus, green garlic, strawberries, seabeans and Urfa vinaigrette ($27). Guests can celebrate with libations off the Beat’s cocktail list including the Grapefruit Julep, mint vodka, pomegranate and grapefruit ($12) and Something Natural, cilantro, Hanson cucumber vodka, lime ($12.50). Wine enthusiasts will appreciate Beat Brasserie’s acclaimed wine list featuring 36 American artisanal wines on tap and an acclaimed reserve list, accompanied by live performances all evening long.
