Join us in CLINK., The Liberty Hotel's signature restaurant, for a special Easter brunch by Executive Chef Daniel Kenney. Selections include hand-carved Virginia ham with grain mustard jus, maple scented sweet potatoes and smoky bacon brussels sprouts; "chicken and waffles" buttermilk fried chicken thighs with mango syrup and whipped butter; and hickory smoked East Coast salmon "benedict" with avocado, bernaise, poached farm egg, brioche, and crispy fingerling potatoes.
Three courses. $75 per person. $39 for children under 12. Includes brewed coffee, juice, and soft drinks. Brunch cocktails available (extra charge).
