Let the woods be a source of inspiration for us as we work to build strong and healthy communities this Earth Day 2023. Take a break from your regularly scheduled program and come for a restorative walk with us along Fresh Pond!


Our goal is to meet new people and create community - much like the trees of the forest learn how to grow stronger, together.


We’ll start with a brief mindfulness exercise, then we will walk and talk together.


For those interested in continuing the conversation, we’ll find a place to grab a drink!

Meeting time is 2:00 pm.


Thank you for arriving early to ensure a timely start!


We will meet in the public parking lot located next to the Starbucks at 222 Alewife Brook Pkwy, Cambridge, MA 02138.


Look for a group with red vests!


Rain or shine, dressing in layers works best. Wear appropriate footwear for walking.
