EARTH DAY barre3 class + clothing swap! pop-up at Charles River Speedway


Sweat, sip and participate in our "free shop"! After our 45-minute barre3 class, we're giving you an eco-friendly way to refresh your spring wardrobe sustainably. If you want to participate in the clothing swap, please arrive at 11AM with 10 or less items to donate to our “free shop”. Bring gently-used clothes, but no shoes or jewelry. Rule of thumb? Items you’d be proud to give to your best girlfriends! All items left behind will be donated.


Want to hang out after class?


We are also partnering with our Friends in the Speedway at Notch Brewing , Super Bien, or Wicked Thrawl @ The Koji Club for a post class refereshment! Take the party to the upper courtyard after class!


Tickets are $25 each or $40 for 2, if you bring a friend!


Your $25 ticket includes the class PLUS either:


A glass of wine from Super Bien Grocery Bar (or non-alc of choice!)

A beer from Notch Brewing (or non-alc of choice!)

A Tea or Coffee from The Wicked Thrawl Pop-Up inside of The Koji Club

barre3 is a full body balanced workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness. Each class will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. Join us for a fun, all-level fitness class that celebrates your inherent strength and connects you to self and community!


Never done barre3? It's not your average barre class - so expect to be surprised, have a great time, and experience muscle & mind engagement like never before. We provide all the equipment and plenty of modification options throughout class.


Please bring your own mat!
