Boston Product presents a new event on using data to drive decisions. How do product teams choose their metrics? What tools do they use to monitor them, and how often are they checking? And what decisions are made based on these metrics?
We've assembled a panel of PMs from companies including RunKeeper and LastPass who will show you how data drives their teams.
Each panelist will walk through their "metrics stack," and review their team's cadence for analyzing and acting on data. Time will be reserved at the end for a moderated Q&A.

Jon Gilman | RunKeeper (@jongilman)
Jon Gilman is currently VP of Product at Runkeeper, where he leads the product management, user experience, and customer support teams. Jon initially joined Runkeeper as its first product manager back in 2012 after working at TripAdvisor. Additionally Jon co-founded a product/UX consultancy, getGlorious, and a mobile communications startup, Bellow.
Oliver Young | Director of Product at LastPass (@oliveryoung)
Oliver Young is currently Director of Product Management for the LastPass team at LogMeIn, where he leads the team's consumer-facing experience. Prior to joining LogMeIn, Oliver was a Senior Product Manager at Twitter. He recently became a dad.

Shobhit is a product manager at Tamr, helping companies make the most of their data. In his career he has built a bootcamp to the USA for new Immigrants (ImmigrantHQ), launched a new category of products at Lattice Engines, started an Adtech company called Adaptly, consulted with Technology and Financial services clients at McKinsey, and written some questionable code at Manhattan Associates.
