Please join us on May 12th as we come together as a community of educators, activists, and allies to #DoSomething. Hosted by The Collective, Teach For America’s association for alumni of color, this event invites participants to reflect on your role in creating a more equitable future in our current socio-political climate and will provide a space to catalyze our community to practical action we can take towards realizing that future.
#DoSomething: Envisioning the Future will include a spoken word performance by the talented students of Boston Pulse, small group sessions, and a keynote address by Meghan E. Irons, a veteran journalist at the Boston Globe who covers a range of topics that touch on how culture, politics, and social issues intersect with everyday life.
We hope you will join us on Saturday, May 12th for community, conversation, and collective action. Visit our event website to learn more and RSVP.
We look forward to seeing you on May 12th!
