The evening starts with a tour and tasting in the hotel's original 1927 wine cellar. Followed by a guided and perfectly paired, three course dinner in The Cafe with winemaker Anne Bousquet.
As a special treat Anne has brought over her Malbec Dulce, which is not available in the USA to be served during the dessert course!
