Join us for a day of practice with Narayan Helen Liebenson. We'll explore how you can deepen your meditation practice by aligning your spiritual practice with your daily actions. Spiritual practices that are aligned with our aspirations have the potential to heal fragmentation and conflict, allowing struggle to ease in to a more joyful and spacious existence. The daylong meditation workshop will include meditation instructions and the practice of sitting and walking.
