We’ll gather outdoors in an enchanting, tucked-away Jamaica Plain community garden to connect with the consciousness of the medicinal plant dandelion and experience the herbal decoction. During the meditation, you will be guided through relaxing embodiment exercises and visualizations, followed by journaling, group reflection, and a sharing of the medicinal and energetic properties of the plant. These workshops are magical, contemplative, and leave participants not only with oral knowledge but experiential knowledge and a general feeling of wellbeing and connection to themselves and the natural world.
*PLEASE BRING: a journal, something to write with, and a mug
*Precautions: Although the herbs we will be using are mild, please consult with a qualified healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant, nursing, or on any medications.
